If you’re new to Dubai or have recently moved here as an expat the annual Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is a great way to connect with the community, meet new people, and enjoy a more active lifestyle.
The challenge runs from November 1 to November 30, 2025, giving everyone across the city a full month to stay active and experience one of Dubai’s most inspiring fitness movements.
What Is the Challenge?
Launched in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge encourages everyone in the city to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity a day for 30 days (known as 30×30).
It’s led by Dubai’s government and aims to transform the entire city into a fitness playground through free classes, outdoor workouts, and community events for all ages and fitness levels.
